Refund and cancellation policy

WorkSafeBC exercises the right to offer this event based on meeting a minimum enrollment. This event may be cancelled twenty days prior to the event date. In the event of a cancellation, registrants will be notified by telephone, followed by a written notification, and full refund.

WorkSafeBC is not responsible for any other costs, including, but not limited to, airline or hotel penalties.

Registration fees for cancellations received by October 8, 2019, will be refunded, minus a $25 handling charge. Requests for refunds will not be granted after October 8, 2019.

Substitute participants are welcome to attend the conference. No-shows are not eligible for refunds or transfer options.
